Fishery Rules

Every successful fishery has rules, ours are simply and are for the benefit of the fish stock first and anglers second.  Please ensure you familiarise yourself with these rules and obey them at all times whilst on the fishery, thanks in advance! Fishery Rules and Regulations

  1. Neither the fishery nor any of its servants shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of property howsoever caused. Ticket holders shall not be entitled to make claims against the fishery or any of its servants in respect of any such damage, loss theft or injury.
  2. ALL ANGLERS MUST BE IN POSSESION OF A CARPCARE KIT
  3. NO LEADCORE TO BE USED AT ANYTIME.
  4. NO KEEPNETS OR CARP SACKS TO BE USED.
  5. CARP FISHERMEN MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A LARGE UNHOOKING MAT/CRADLE 
  6. CAT FISHERMEN MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A LARGE UNHOOKING MAT/CRADLE
  7. CARP/CAT FISHERMAN MUST HAVE LARGE LANDING NET 42"OR 50"
  8. All fish to be returned to lakes immediately
  9. No fish to be removed or introduced.
  10. Rods must not be left unattended.
  11. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult angler.
  12. No damage to wildlife or property.
  13.  All litter to be removed from fishery.
  14. No fires, no firearms, no dogs.
  15. No trespassing on surrounding land
  16. Ground bait in moderate amounts only.
  17. No swimming or wading.
  18. All anglers are asked to use the swims and pathways provided.
  19. Each angler must be in possession of the appropriate N.R.A. License.
  20. Par Fishery reserve the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw tickets, and all the former rights of the ticket holder shall immediately cease. No refund of any money shall be paid.
  21. Par Fishery reserve the right to alter any of the above rules and regulations as deemed necessary.
